I returned to H & R Block because of the service I received from Kathleen Stevens and Lowell Stevens. They are extremely professional and personal at the same time. I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues.

Lack of knowledge with international student tax-exempt laws. When the person that was taking care of me didn't know, she wasn't clearly explaining, and I didn't feel confident that everything was being filed correctly. It would be very nice if she immediately directed me to somebody that is well-versed in dealing with international individuals tax laws.

appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. Was seen moments after arriving. Appointment was expected to take an hour, was actually only 45 min.

I have used H &R block for many years and every time I go in, I have a great time. The people are really nice, and they are helpful.
