Average environment
The supermarket is OK, although I really miss the Pathmark that used to be there. It's really good for fresh veggies, and spices that are are not easily found everywhere. Some things are reasonable priced, and some things are overpriced IMO. If you don't drive there's a delivery van. Although you have to spend a $100 to get that service for free. I just don't care for the clearance food items that are expired, like six months or so. Not good. So check the dates.
I was really surprised how they follow people in the store. If they feel that they have to follow people then perhaps they should set up shop in another part of town. I have lived in this area for 50 years and never have I been treated as if I am a criminal.
Produce is just okay here. Make sure you are going to eat it immediately or the next day because it won't last long. This place is good for grocery staples and some ethnic items such as nori and goya items.
