Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I would give it zero stars, but I did manage to get a gelati after a very long wait. Unorganized, poorly run and inexperienced staff have made my 3 trips to this location, terrible. Why do you have to ask for spoons and napkins and then wait? Why do you have to explain what goes into an item that is clearly pictured on a sign? It was one of the few places open during the quarantine and I thought they might get their act together....I was wrong. Will not return to that location.

I simply love their dishes. I always get fantastic service here. The place is neat and the staff members are always super nice. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this location and your vanilla custard is not working. Two or three weeks ago you were out of napkins, and you didn’t have the apple pie blendini. It seems like management is not on top of things. I will from this point go to the fox chase Rita’s. I never have this issue there.
