My mother used Surratt Inc. to remodel her basement a few years ago. They did an awesome job! They were always were professional, responsible, and timely. They never left a mess when they left. They worked quickly and with great skill. The tile, paint, and crown molding they used was of very good quality. My mother's basement is finally a place were can enjoy family gatherings.

We recently had unanticipated water damage in one of our rental properties in Philadelphia. Claude and his team helped to repair the drywall and repaint. We organized the repairs remotely and Claude was always super responsive and professional. Their work was excellent and super fair pricing. Surratt Inc handles renovation of my investment properties. The most intense job was a flip of a home in West Philly (my old neighborhood) The job was a full gut and renovation; we encountered several obstacles along the way including a rear back wall that had to be totally rebuilt. Nevertheless, Claude and team got it done and I sold it effortlessly.
