I haven’t been to this Salon in over 2 years, but when I was going I was in and out and my stylist Quan was awesome. I’m hoping she is still there because my hair loves her hands. When she trims my hair it grows like crazy and she gives my hair life. I wasn’t to fond of the shampoo side but once I sat in Quan’s chair she made it right.
I would love to say I had a wonderful experience from this very reputable company, however that’s not the case. I actually don’t know what my experience may have been since I never received my over 100 dollar order placed on 4/30/20. It’s now mid June. They’re completely non responsive. I’m extremely disappointed with this companies customer service.

I wanted to share with you about this product. It is the worst product that I've ever used. It had my hair so tangled along with a nasty residue feeling in hair that I had to wash my hair several times. This was the worst experience I've ever had.
I just want to say that, I have always experienced professionalism every time I walked into E'TAE SALON. The staff is professional and everyone SPEAKS. Which is a plus for me; that is important. It was money well spent. I have not had to wait long to get my hair wash/conditioned/blow dried or styled. I was typically in and out (LOVE THAT!) I only go once a month, but I might have to start going every 3 weeks (lol).
