Beautiful place with wonderful people.
The North Idaho Centennial Trail is a famous 24 mile paved multi-use trail in Idaho used for non-motorized transportation and recreational activities. This scenic, quiet path is ideal for hiking, biking, photography or just enjoying.. It begins at Higgins Point on Lake Coeur d’Alene and meanders 6 miles, along the shoreline, until it reaches the city of Coeur d’Alene where it provides an easy access link to numerous parks along the lakefront area. Once through the City it turns to follow the Spokane River as it flows from the Lake. At the Idaho/Washinton border the N Idaho Centennial Trail continues toward Spokane under a different name.
