I have used Paul at Mccloytv for so many items in my home. Everything was done perfectly and l found that there is nothing this man cannot do unless he doesn't see the logic or common sense in doing it. I read Lauren Glenn's comment and l must say she showed disrespect to him and to his knowledge of his workmanship. Paul is not arrogant in anywaynand it reflects in everything he says and does.nMaybe Lauren you do need to find another handyman as there are too many people who need a good honest man like Paul.

Called him about a laserdisc player repair and he basically mansplained why I should go back to the seller instead of just replying to what I asked him. A part broke off during transit and I'm not shipping the unit for $40 or so in a return. The guy gave me the unit because he realized the same thing... So I'm looking for someone to figure out how to get the motor back on the assembly as indicated in the service manual I have for the unit that goes in great detail on the inner workings of it. He tells me you can't solder wires together and went on for a bit not saying if he could just get the part or could attach it back on. So I told him based on his attitude that I chose someone else anyway. I wouldn't give him any electrical repair work.... Just looking to see if he were able to possibly do something.... Apparently not.

Called about our 65 inch tv the blub in back burned out he came out the same day and fixed it he does business the old way very reliable would call him again if need to THANK YOU SO MUCH

I have a 71 inch Samsung dlp over 4 years old and it kept shutting off, I called McCloy TV service on a saturday morning figuring they would not be able to come out till monday but to my surprise they said they will be out around noon time that saturday, After a few questions about the set the owner was able to determine what was wrong over the phone he then checked to see if he had the part and he had it in stock,so again I was plesantly surprised. The owner was the repairman who came over and after about half hour the set was repaired and as good as new. He was on time,the repair was done correctly and the price was reasonable for a house call. I will use McCloy again when I need repair or a new installation.
