Good service, no waiting if you sign up on line.
Usually, we love this place. Both my husband and son regularly go. However, our last visit was extremely upsetting. My son came home with cuts on his neck. Nothing was said to my husband before they left, but it was noticed as soon as my son came home. I hope the stylists show more care moving forward, but I am very hesitant to send him back after this experience.
Nice place with TVs and a comfortable waiting area.nnVisited a family friend who has cut my hair for many years, so I can't speak to the quality of other hairdressers, but the location and process makes it a pleasant place to visit. I really like that they have a large waiting area and a couple of TVs that are playing the local sports games (no missing the first half of the Eagles while you wait). Scheduling times have always worked out within 5 minutes of the booked time.nnOnly real complaint is their online booking process--it's a pain to use the online forms and ridiculous that you need to set up a full customer profile/account online just to book the haircut.
