We had a great experience with them. Unpretentious, helpful, mellow. Lee was always super cool. Clean and secure units. Never had a problem the whole year we had a unit with them.
Literally just called this place. Leah or lake have no idea but she mumbled her name...The gal who answered the phone is totally rude and degrading. Hope who ever your boss is, knows how rude and disrespectful you are. Rude and short with me. Way to give good customer service. She told me all your units are full ....... If I can't call to get prices how can I get info. You should fire her. Plenty of nice woman to do your job.
So thankful and absolutely loving our storage unit here at Advanced Storage. Besides having a super clean facility, the manager Lee is hands-down one of the nicest people! Hubby and I have been storing family heirloom antiques in our unit for about 6 months now until we get our house; no bug damage, no vermin or other critters. Heck, there's barely even any dust on our stuff! Like I said, love this unit.
I want to share my great service that I received from Lee the manager . she is very professional and went out of her way to make sure I was able to park my rv before charging me rent her place is very clean and well kept.nthanks for making it easy to store my rv
Advanced Storage has provided the perfect place to store our classic car. The property is always secure and kept very clean. The storage units are completely contained from top to bottom so you don't have to worry about someone else's junk getting into your unit. Lee (the manager) is very approachable, responsive and makes every effort to make your rental experience positive. Definitely a great place to store your valued items.
