Haven't had any problems with this place. My parents have been renting storage from Dalton Storage off/on for yrs. Never an issue. Always affordable. Staff has always been very polite, nice. Even seen us on an unscheduled day open. We got a 10×12 unit for the same price we were paying at another place for an 8×10. This is the best place for storage!
This place doesnt even deserve one star. They will try to get every penny from you. A very shady rental company and I would recommend not going through them. My husband and I rented through these people and they had allowed us to get another dog and after a month of having our new dog they told us that we had to get rid of her and pay them a pet deposit. Now that we moved out they want us to give them an obscene amount of money that we shouldn't owe.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a terrible place to store your stuff. My family has been using them for 2 years, and up until today it was great. Found out that someone broke into our until, and the cameras that they say they have, don't actually work. So everything is completely gone, and no way to do a dam thing about it. We used them because we trusted them, and that they said they had a good WORKING security system. Had we known better, we would have obviously gone somewhere else. What a sad sad disappointment, and right before Christmas. Thanks for nothing Dalton Storage...
My son in laws unit was broken into and everything nice stolen! The only unit broken into and he lives out of town and pays 5 months in advance, hmm, inside job... DONT risk it and don’t put your belongings there!
