Everything was amazing!! I had an event for my niece here and she loved it! They made us feel very welcomed, the staff was very accommodating, and we had a very helpful host named Jordan! He met our every needs and always made sure there was nothing else he could do for us. The party went very smoothly and we all had a blast! Thank you for the wonderful party and helping us feel like kids again! Highly recommend having an event here if you’re looking for an amazing time!
We came in early and they welcomed us with open arms. The manager Jamie really helped us out but the stars of the show are his amazing and friendly staff. Joe the court monitor was attentive and friendly and kept safety as his number one priority. Rocio at the front desk got us all set up quickly so we could get right to all the different attractions they offer. Urban air is the number 1 trampoline park and couldn’t even think of anywhere that comes close.
Thank goodness is such a huge place and air circulation not an issue since most of staff and children and parents attending weren’t wearing their masks properly or at all.nAfter I posted the review I got an email from the manager that kindly addressed all my concerns and promised they are working on it.nIt is up to us the parents to be respectful of rules and follow guidelines too so I do agree is not all their responsibility.nUpdated review:nWe had my son’s birthday party this Saturday and it was such a rewarding experience.nEveryone was wearing a mask and trying to get things sanitized. The whole place looked spotless. Thank you for making our experience so safe and fun.
Me and a couple buddies from New Jersey came this Urban Air in the morning for some fun and a couple Santa themed Christmas videos on YouTube. The building was cool and very clean and everything was safe. The staff didn’t mind and was above and beyond terrific, they even helped us with our video.They helped us do an intro for the video using the FlipZone Bumper Cars. Very friendly and excellent service. Special thanks to the staff Joe, Rocio at the front desk and Jamie the manager. You guys were awesome. We had a great time ud83dude01.
This place is awesome, the staff was great and friendly, made sure my kids were safe, and I was really impressed with the fact that the building was so clean during this whole Covid experience. They definitely are taking this serious to ensure everyone feels safe! The manager was very helpful and patient as I came with many kids and he help me walk through everything step by step! Definitely recommend going here to let the kids be kids and safe at same time!
