Sushi Hatsu

Had a fantastic meal Friday evening at this establishment. Service was excellent and the sushi was the best I've had... The crunchy Tuna, surf and turf and the smoked salmon were really good. The best were the pork belly rolls which I could have eaten all night...The Chef was roaming around and took the time to make recommendations and explain the menu... It is also reasonably priced and very clean... Great place...

Went last night for Ambler Restaurant Weekend. I was so incredibly impressed by the service at Sushi Hatsu. Everyone on the waitstaff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The sushi was super fresh and we especially enjoyed the Tarantino. Will definitely be back!

Hated this place. The menu is comprised of only small offerings at high prices. There are no entrees just appetizers at entree prices. They served us one dish at a time. I guess their food is meant to be shared by all since only one order would appear with long intervals between. The waitress asked three times if she could remove the dishes when we were not finished. The quality of their food does NOT in any way warrant the prices or the long intervals between service. We were there over an hour and a half and left slightly hungry. NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL.

What a gem in Ambler! This is an upscale sushi restaurant with a modern & down to earth personality to match! The owners are fantastic and the food was stunning!

Very well kept and convenient restaurant. They provide large meals and for economical rates. We loved the food a lot and the staff members were very amiable and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
