Everyone loves Mondauk! We've gone there since my 3 children were well under 10... and they're all in their 40s now. Mondauk is well maintained and I love reading the plaques on the benches. Very touching. I read them all.
Well-maintained park. Scenic, picturesque trails. Generous number of benches along the way for resting. Main trail is approximately one-mile distance - this makes it easier & faster to achieve my goal number of steps, faster than ¼-mile track. I love the place! The facility has everything I need.
I like Mondauk Common Park because its a people friendly park and is diversenI have a great time everytime I go there
Beautiful public park with a 1 mile jogging/walking trail, playground, basketball courts, volleyball, horseshoes, baseball fields, covered pavilions, picnic tables, barbecues, trees, grass. Plenty of parking. Open dawn to dusk and very safe.
Great park for toddlers and picnics. Great walking path 1 mile loop.
