I bought a brand new SUV in December 2019. In May 2020, my check engine light came on and all the safety features shut off. My vehicle was in/out of service three times and the dealership had my car for three months before the issue was resolved. I submitted a complaint through the manufacturer and attempted to work with them, however, they were not keeping set deadlines that we had agreed upon. I called Kimmel & Silverman because their reviews were good and they have a good reputation. The reviews were not wrong. All the staff from Kimmel & Silverman were friendly and responsive. Mr. Silverman was able to get me an $8,000.00 settlement after my car was finally repaired. I highly recommend this law firm. Thank you!

I reached out to Kimmel & Silverman to take my lemon law claim. After explaining my case they took case easy. They made sure to stay in touch with me even during the pandemic. After little less than a year they were able to settle. What I like the most about this firm is they were true to their word. They didn’t promise me anything outrageous. They were able to get me the most possible amount which I appreciate. They were very professional and available. I would recommend them 100%.

They have not steered me wrong yet. quick honest professional answers to all your questions. Will not lead you wrong. if you have a case they will let you know if not they will advise you on what to do. It cost nothing to make the call...…….actually cost nothing if they take the case...nWould recommend over and over again

These people are so easy to deal with and are very educated about the laws that protected me the consumer. Mr Silverman ( Bob ) Himself speaks with the client and is there for you for any questions you may have. That’s a big deal for me.... also my first dealing with the office was with Joan And was Such a pleasant One . So I highly recommend this group for your needs. Great people ! ud83dude00
