+Made an appt. for remote checkin an hour ahead of time. Arrived five minutes before my 11;45 am time. Waited 30 minutes beyond while the board said I had a five minute wait time. The individual listed after me was listed for 35 minutes after me, was taken next, I was told to wait for the next chance !!!nBeen going there for 10 years !nNot a way to treat a client !!!!nI WAS IN BUSINESS FOR 40 YEARS, never treated a client so poorly !nThis was BALDERDASH !!!!
