I searched for wax studios in my immediate area and Waxing the City was suggested. I have seen the business from time to time, as I am a frequent Trader Joe’s shopper. I have been waxed before and had good and bad experiences, specifically with the wax itself. Therefore, I decided to call and speak with someone about the wax that is used. Alison took the time to thoroughly explain the different waxes and suggested I book with Molly for a “gentle touch.” Molly was all that Alison described! She was thorough, gentle, professional, and patient. She reassured me that everything was going well, and told me she was impressed in how well I did (I was a bundle of nerves about this Brazilian wax!!). Additionally, she suggested products that would aid in exfoliation for less ingrown hairs and soothing of the skin. She didn’t push products...just recommended. I joined the monthly subscription and look forward to seeing Molly every month for my monthly wax.
I am so excited to have Waxing The City in North Wales!! I followed Molly to this salon from another one and SO GLAD I DID! It was truly the best wax I have ever gotten. I absolutely adore Molly. She always runs on time, she is so gentle, sweet and makes you feel very comfortable. Everyone in the salon was so welcoming. The salon itself is incredibly clean and upscale. I felt safe the entire time I was there. Can't wait to return!
I went to Wax in the City in North Wales when it first opened and I was very happy. The salon was clean, the staff was professional & Victoria did a great job on my eyebrows. She explained everything she was doing and had a gentle touch. I recommend using them.
Waxing the City North Wales is great! The staff is so friendly and the studio is always super clean. Alison is my go to! She is both friendly, thorough and encouraging. I always have a pleasant experience and am ready to schedule my next appointment!
I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. Christina was wonderful!!! She made sure that the pain level was lessened. She was friendly and professional. She explained what she was doing and also gave me aftercare suggestions. The salon was very very clean. I will definitely return. I would also like to have Christina again.
