I really like Great Clips’ online check-in feature. It saves a lot of time. The stylists at the Blue Bell location are good but I miss my favorite stylist who left recently. I must say the last time I was there the stylist was excellent, unfortunately she was on loan from another store so let’s see what the next experience will be like. The store manager is excellent, if you don’t like something and you talk to her she tries to rectify it. I take my boys for their haircut and they also like it.
My stylist (Tony) of 49 years recently relocated at Great Clips. He is a true professional, accommodates my schedule. Tony is a friend as well. Tony works in Center City on Market street.
Well, they did it again!! After getting a less than stellar haircut at a sister store in Limerick, my stylist Fran was able to save the day and put my bad cut back into a great clip! I'll never stray again, Fran. Thank you so much!
