Dave has cut my hair since I was 4 years old. At a zero to that age. 36 years later and he's still cutting my hair. Great guy and great haircuts. Highly recommended

I was in to Dave's yesterday for a haircut. Although the cutter doing my hair wore a mask, both Dave and Larry came out into the cutting area wearing NO mask. I am in a high risk group for Covid-19. There is a sign on their door saying - Mask is required - yet they fail to comply with their own stated policy. Watch what they do, not what they say. Their failure to wear a mask in a public space is not only immoral, it is ILLEGAL, and will be reported to the state as such. They should lose their license. This is not a safe place. If it is your opinion that masks are not necessary, go there. If you feel your health is important enough that those around you should comply with state law, go elsewhere. Larry and Dave will not hesitate to put your health at risk. The CDC warns that salons are in the group of businesses from which the risk of contracting Covid is highest.nCouple that with the refusal of this businesses owner to comply with the most basic safety precautions to protect the safety and well being of their customers, and you can guarantee a visit there will cost you your health. There are many good cutters out there who I am sure will treat their customers with the respect and compassion they deserve. I can live with a bad haircut. I am not sure I can live with Covid-19.nnPS - if you have had this experience there, there is a form provided by the state you can download and submit. We need to work together to make our Ambler community safe.

Dave's has a rating well earned. Larry gave my beard a nice trim and was great to talk to. And the price, let me say, cannot be beat. I will be going back without doubt.
