I waited over a half hour and never got in.

Pancakes were cool and service was slow for it to be not full

Very good. Build your own omelette and they got the cheese right. Yummy, sausage egg and Swiss cheese. Oh and mushrooms. Pancakes yes. They really need to use whipped butter, but I love their pancakes. Bw back soon.

Pick up orders run a bit slow due to high demand and short staffing. The people available though do an amazing job of being attentive and courteous. I'd recommend adding 30 minutes to your pick up time to avoid frustration. While the process could have gone smoother my order was hot , accurate and good quality. The host Jasmine did a beautiful job keeping her composure despite the lines crowd phones ringing and trying to serve pick up customers and the sit in diners. I've been coming to this IHOP for years, they never really disappoint.
