Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a very bad experience at the Chipotle in Abington. The restaurant was dirty. The line where food was being prepared was extremely dirty. They were out of several food items.there were 10 people in line but only one person preparing food. The portion size they gave me was way small. They charged me for three burrito bowls when I only had two. I will never return to this location again.

Exceptionally bad service. Guy taking my order had AirPods in. Didn't make eye contact even once. After everything was paid for and bowl was ready, took him 30 seconds to simply put it in a bag because he was just talking to coworkers. just straight up awful.

Went today and they were happy to fix my order that I wasn’t satisfied with :) thank you!

Arrive at the Abington,PA location, to see that I could only do online order. I order online and waited. So my time is up and go to get the food and I just waited a little longer. I only order chips and queso. Come to find out, from another customer that he didn't get his chips and queso either. When the employee comes out, she tells him we don't have it. So I ask about a refund as I was charged for the order. She said I will ask my manager, she never came back. I had to go in, to ask for the manager and she told me to go on the website and ask for a refund. There is no where to ask a refund. I was not offered an apology or anything. I will never visit that location again.

We had two burritos sent by Door Dash today and one of them had a full sized leaf inside of it. Very confused how this happens. Definitely not part of the seasoning, I’m nauseated.
