Pizza Hut

Terrific ingredients. Wonderful customer service. Quick deliveries. The clean and inviting building building provides a comfortable atmosphere...... but if you order half and half, be sure to tell them it's actually got to be 50/50. Not 70/30. You've got real potential here guys. But pay attention to details, please? I'm in service too and would not have sent this out. Luckily for your listening ears, my lady got this while I was out.

5-dollar pizza's don't seem to really exist. The crust isn't what it used to be ( stretched thin) and less sauce. The deep dish doesn't seem to be as crispy. The stuffed crust is still a favorite. I would prefer specialty pizza restaurants to pizza hut these days. I miss the old days when I dreamed of pizza hut pizza, but the last year's have changed that. I would pay more to get a better pizza (Capones).

Food quality is poor. Service is poor. The hut ain't what she used to be. I will not be back. Too many other/local options that are much better.

My brother ordered my pizza and thought it was at the Appleway store so I went in and asked to pick it up, the guy Mike was absolutely rude and not friendly at all. Told me I needed to go to the other one so I did. I informed the guy at the desk at the Pizza Hut on Hanley about what he had said to me and how rude he was and he comped my purchase. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend the Hanley Pizza Hut because of their friendly service. But definitely not Appleway. Get a new worker!
