Batteries Plus Bulbs

Just this location (CdA). I was getting ready to order a couple of marine batteries on line last night when a note came up saying to call the store and check availability. So I did. After a few min. on hold (I'm assuming he is putting eyes on them) he comes back on and says they have them. I say great I'll pay online and pick them up tomorrow. So I pay the $248 and the next day (today) I arrive home from work and there is an email saying the batteries are ready to pick up. Great! I load the two old batteries 55+ lbs each into my truck and drive the 25 miles to CdA. I haul the batteries into the store and give the clerk my order number (the on line site said to bring my ID, order number, old batteries for a core refund, and the credit card used to make the purchase). He gives me a puzzled look and tells me they don't have any of those batteries. So I hauled my batteries back to my truck and won't return. The clerk was polite and refunded my card.

The sales persons were quick to greet me when I came in and we're cheerful and professional.
