I spoke with Art Macomber and clearly he is well educated and experienced in real estate law. He had answers to every question, wanted to be thorough in his research to ensure his recommendations were founded in law. He gave me extra time on my free consultation which was so appreciated. I certainly wasn’t paying attention to the time and I thought it was very kind that we went beyond the 30 minutes. I get confident if I retained his services that I would receive competent and zealous representation.

Art was very professional and helpful with my inquiries but he was personable as well. Not once did I feel pressured to use his services but he made sure I was set and had the answers to my questions or at least gave me guidance on where I could find the answers to my questions. If I ever did need legal representation I would definitely be reaching back out! Thank you Art!

I had a 30 minute consultation with Shawn Glen about water access to my property that was affected by a neighbor behind me. She assisted me with information and a plan to remedy the situation without involving a lawyer. I appreciated her candor and professionalism. She seemed as though she truly wanted to help and was not out to take my money unless the situation absolutely warranted that.
