This review is not on the work that Jenny does, it looks like she does a great job. Instead it is on the terrible customer service she provides.nnThe first appointment I booked with her she cancelled because she was sick. Ok, no problem. After that she closed her books to new customers for a period of time. Ok, no problem.nnSkip to today, finally I have an appointment scheduled! I actually thought my appointment was scheduled for 2:15, but it was 2:00 clearly my fault. I arrived at 2:15 and the door was locked. Right as I tried to open the door I got a text from Jenny saying we were now outside the grace period and my appointment would be cancelled. I responded hey I’m actually here but can’t get in the building. She said the door was locked because I’m late and long story short would not see me.nnUpdate: Jenny reaches out to me via text and we have come to an agreement. I have updated my star rating to reflect that.
