I got a fill here with Aislynn for my lashes. She is so sweet! Truly cares about the health of your lashes and listened to what I wanted. She is very professional and was a great overall experience. I would recommend her to anyone in the area!

Kristyn did an amazing job on my hair today! I could not speak more highly of her and all the girls over at Inverness Salon. Every single staff member is so warm and kind, always giving you a welcoming and relaxing experience. Their Milk_Shake product line is seriously incredible as well! It left my hair so soft and shiny! Inverness Salon is definitely my new go-to for all of my hair care needs!

I had a very terrible experience here. I got my eyelashes done and it took 3 hours. After one eye was finished, I was asked to return the next day. I told her I was not able to. She finished the second eye in half the time and left the lashes glued together and had half the amount of lashes as my other eye. She did not let me see a mirror at the end of my service. I paid, and then went to my car. I looked in my mirror and was shocked at what my lashes looked like. I contacted the owner, who offered a redo but couldn’t get me in for 2 days. The lashes were glued to my eyelids and were causing me pain. The next day I showed them to another technician at a different salon who strongly suggested I remove them to avoid infection. I called Inverness to ask if that was alright and the woman on the phone said it was up to me but that she would not blame me if i did. So I had them removed because they hurt so bad. I tried to get a full refund and the owner said she would not refund me because I had them removed by a different salon. She then offered services to make up for my experience, however, I chose not to return because none of the technicians she mentioned were on her website. Their website says they offer a refund if the situation calls for it, but I was not offered one.

Great Salon! Very helpful in deciding how to style and cut my daughters hair. Kaylee did a fantastic job. Thank you so much. We have found our new stylist!
