My son loves going to Derek. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so for me to take my kid to another professional can be nerve racking. He is old enough that he wanted to start seeing a barber. My son's hair is extremely difficult to cut due to growth patterns. Any other time I have taken him to another barber (and didn't do it myself) it took 2 hours and I ended up having to fix it. I FINALLY found Derek. He gets it right everytime and in 20 minutes. My son says he's the coolest. He says Derek takes the time to talk with him and is interested in everything he says.nnDerek will forever have my business and when my younger son decides to start seeing a barber and not me, he will be going to Derek as well. He's the best!
Derek is very professional does a great job on haircuts and beard shaping. He is my go to guy for getting a cut. He does an amazing job with my son as well and is very good with kids
