When I saw Mr. Fisher for my Chapter 13. Mr. Fisher sit down with me and explain everything thoroughly to me of how a Chapter 13 works. His knowledgeable and patient of talking to me make me feel very comfortable that he was the lawyer i wanted to handle my Chapter 13. Today my Life and credit have been so good of how he handle my case. I would highly recommend him to any of my family member and friends. His fees were very reasonable. Thanks Mr.Fisher for everything.

Attorney Fisher and his assistant Donna are very professional, polite, informative and caring. They attend to your legal needs immediately. The rates are fair and there is no surprise charges. I had an attorney prior to going to the Fisher and Fisher Law firm. I wasted thousands of dollars and got no where. I almost lost my home because of lousy representation. I wish I had known about the Fisher law firm sooner. Fisher and Fisher is the best law practiice in the Poconos. I highly recommend their law practice.nNadine

Used Tim as my closing Lawyer during my first home purchase and i can say he did a excellent job. Tim and his secretary/Asst Jessica was very thorough and available to address my concerns throughout the closing process until completion. I would recommend and will probably use his services if needed in the future.

I saw Mr. Fisher for estate planning purposes. He was thorough, patient and knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I understood what I was signing. His fees were reasonable, and I felt completely comfortable with him handling my estate planning needs. I would highly recommend him.
