Great local gym with friendly people and staff. High quality equipment that's kept in good shape and keeps you in good shape. Really good shower facilities and even has vending machine for recovery bars and drinks. Highly recommend.

I have been a member 3 years and have enjoyed this facility. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Personal training there is second to none. They keep the area clean and operational. I highly recommend.

My parents retired in Hayden years ago and every time I visit I use this gym and its just been great. The staff is AlWAYS friendly and keeps that place tidy and clean. With working out being tough enough, when you have people create a positive atmosphere and well kept up equipment it actually makes you feel good about going back. Been working out here for over two years and have really enjoyed it. All the staff is professional and friendly. The place is always kept extremely clean. Started training with Matt Grogan and I have seen significant improvements! He also won trainer of the year for all Snap Fitness's nationwide. That is over 6,000 trainers! Check this place out and get into one of their programs.
