AVID CrossFit

I was in town visiting my best friend and took the opportunity to try out AVID CrossFit. This was such a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was comfortable trying things that I never had before and they had a variety of modifications so that I could still get a great workout in, never thought I could actually do pull-ups! I would highly recommend AVID to anyone looking to try out Cross-Fit or just to get in a great workout with great people.

I’ve been going to this gym for about 2 years now. I can say with full confidence if you are looking to get healthy and fit this is where it’s at! When I started my journey I weighed close to 345lbs with the help of the coaches and my own sheer will I have been able to not only become successful in this gym but also have been able to transfer that success to everyday tasks I now weigh just under 300lbs and have never felt healthier! Braden and all the coaches are amazing!

Great instruction! I’m a newbie to CrossFit. Braden & all the other CrossFit coaches were always good about taking the time to help me figure things out. I definitely don’t have the ability to do some of the moves to their fullest (like a pull-upud83dude02) and they were always good about helping me with resistance bands to help me out or any other modifications. I never felt like it just wasn’t acceptable. The whole community was really encouraging!!

Braden made me feel very welcome on my 1st visit and gave me extra attention to make sure I was performing the exercises properly. Great group of members there too, who also made me feel welcome. Based on my 1st visit I would definitely recommend Avid Cross Fit for any age!

Avid is a very fun-filled, family environment! Everyone is so welcoming and very positive and willing to help you learn and grow as an athlete and a person. The coaches are amazing and supportive! Avid is my second home! Along with getting a great workout, you make life long friends!!
