After three months of physical therapy I was told to keep up the exercise in the pool as well as machines. Fortunately I found Splash Fitness through word of mouth and it’s been the best experience.nThe pool is set up for water aerobics and has grab bars for stability . I looked at several centers with pools and this was the only one that made sense. Jon the owner is extremely friendly and will guide you with additional exercise regiments that will help reach your individual goal. I enjoy my work outs in peace .

Splash fitness is a wonderful gym with usually very few people there at the same time as you. The gym is clean, has nice equipment and Jon is a wonderful personal trainer who cares about the health and fitness of his clients. So happy to be working out at Splash.

I have been a member of Splash Fitness for over a year now. Jon and the whole staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. He will customize your work out plan for you and give you tips and encouragement along the way. And it has a great location with it being only one mile from my home. I have developed some stiffness and pretty bad joint pain over the years, especially in the cold winter months. My work outs along with soaking in their heavenly 92 degree pool afterwards have made such a dramatic improvement in my quality of life. I also like that memberships are limited, so it will never be overly crowded there. If anyone had been thinking of joining a gym, I would highly recommend checking out Splash. You will be glad you did.

The very best place I have found to work out with weights, gym equipment, pool--the whole package. Staff is great and very helpful. A great place for a workout!
