Nice quite park tucked away from everything. With school out, we had the whole park for ourselves.
Resica park is a nice park. It is beautiful and safe. Easy to walk trail. Filled with trees and rocks. It is located next to Resica elementary.nnI changed/edited my original review which had included the racist experience I undergone after a workout on the resica trail. I don't want to highlight what is already seen in the media. History repeats itself. I want people to know that I was arrested by 3 officers after exercising and running on the trail. As a man of color I was targeted and wrongfully assumed to be homeless by the officers. I was racially profiled for being in the park. I am a calisthenics enthusiast and I enjoy working out outdoors.nnI was approached for being in the park because the 3 cops had assumed I was homeless. The first question I was asked was where is my tent? After I showed them my ID and explained to them where they lived they didn't believe me. They proceeded to attack and tell that me that I was resisting arrest. This is AMERICA! Let's pray for the officers & hope that they can make an internal change.
Had a good time visiting this park. Waterfalls rambling river and Great open trails to hike.
Best place for kids nice and clean park my kids love this place
Very nice playpark. Couple of items broken, hope will fix soon. My daughter had a blast.
