I have used ACI Northwest several times in the past and they have always been wonderful. Recently, I needed to have an Ethernet connection installed upstairs. Cliff from ACI gave me a quote and within a few days it was installed! I really appreciated the ease of working with him. In addition, while Cliff was working at my house, I needed another electrical outlet installed. While we had not previously discussed this outlet, Cliff made the time to get this work done saving me the hassle of having to make another appointment! Thank you Cliff for being so accommodating! It was much appreciated.

Today we had Jake come in and clean my grandmas heating and air conditioning system it had never been cleaned since she moved in and she has not had air conditioning in over 2 years. We got a quote from Bill's heating and air conditioning at first they told her that she needed an entirely new system and it was going to cost us over $5,000 . Well Jake came in cleaned the unit and recharged our AC we spent $400 and now have a working air conditioner. Not only did he do a thorough job but he was also very professional very very kind and let us know the entire process of what he was doing. Thank you ACI for hiring such wonderful kind hard-working people. We signed up for your premiere program we are beyond happy with the services that were provided today Jake is amazing give that man a raise.

Dean is the most knowledgeable technician ACI has. He's always pleasant, professional, thorough, and we wouldn't have anyone else service our unit!! Thank you so very much!! He's definitely the best!!!

Arthur was extremely accommodating for our family's needs while he came and performed service on our AC unit. He was extremely flexible with my availability in and out of meetings while I was working from home and he took care of our needs. I was grateful for their availability from my initial call to the day/time of service.

Cliff and Ethan install an electrical box from the electrical box to a shed. They are extremely professional in their work, work ethics and installed the 50 amp service in great time. I would recommend Cliff and ACI to everyone. Thank you and give them a raise.ud83dude00ud83eudd17
