I spoke to Chris and he was very professional and friendly. Due to the mountainous area we live in, we lost the call, but he promptly text me to get the pertinent information needed to get the job done. While it was getting late, he reached out and asked how important it was to get the job done the same day, I told him next day was fine. I bring that up only because he was willing to come out if need be. Since I had already figured out how to get to work the next day, it could wait. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend to others in a time of need. He’s only getting five stars, because that’s all I’m allowed to give him. Great job- Don
My son misplaced the only car key we had. He was unavailable to talk to. It's my car so I arranged to have a new key made but I couldn't bring the car anywhere to have a key made. Pocono Locksmith was recommended by another business. The gentleman was very sweet. He came out the same day/night. With my luck it was the day before Thanksgiving. I got a deal on a second key. Since this year everything is messed up. He finished the day after. His favorite phrase was 'No Problem'. And he was true to his word. Very nice and respectful. I'm going to use him to get an extra key for my other car. Thank You.
I can’t say enough positive statements. Long story short I’m three hours away from the Pocono house. I need a locksmith as quick as possible. Called late in the afternoon. Chris got the job done ahead of schedule! His fees are extremely reasonable! If anyone needs a locksmith for any type service call Chris first before you call anybody else. I called several before Chris. Some still haven’t gotten back in touch with me. He’s the best!
Pocono Locksmith is the company to call for all your camera, lock and key needs. Called on a Sunday and Chris provided me with two pricing options: same day emergency service or next day standard service. I selected the next day standard service, as I wasn't in a rush. The next day the Chris and his partner showed up in a timely manner and executed the job effortlessly. These guys are not just standard locksmith, I consider them solution experts who are great at thinking on the fly and finding inexpensive ways to resolve any issue. Definitely my goto company for any lock, key and camera needs!!!
Oh My Goodness! Pocono Locksmith saved me! I lost my car keys and they came in 15 minutes to let me in, made an additional car key and was even able to copy a couple of house key for me as well!!nnChris was super professional! He said he’d be here in 15 minutes and did exactly that! He got me into my car in minutes! Chris came and kept is social distance and had a mask. I am a Woman and he made me feel safe.
