Lane Bryant Outlet

Last week I had a wonderful time shopping with the ladies in the store they helped me out so much. Due to stock in the store we did a purchase online to be shipped to the store, I received the email today to pick up so today after work probably between 4 and 430pm I went to go pick up my order. Entering the store of course very excited only to receive very rude service from this older lady behind the counter. Two girls were working who were very nice, but they were helping others. I explained to the lady that I was her to pick up an order she confirmed the letter of last name, immediately said rudely that I have to have an id to pick up I said perfect I have one! I explained that I would new to try on one of the items as it was ordered to see if it would fit my body. She came back with the bag of items, I had my I'd on the counter and purchase receipt, she threw the bag on the counter and did some the computer. I asked for a room to try on one of the items she followed me to the dressing room and closed the door verified the item wasn't the right fit for my body and I proceeded to go through the return process with the same rude lady. What a nightmare. Ugggg I wished the nice ladies were working or the other younger nice girls were available.

Prices are high for being an outlet. I was not impressed.

The ladies here are always so great. I kinda want to hang out with them.

I went in there today and I was wearing a trump 2020 hat. The lady was very nice said she loved my hat, but then under her breath said she could get in trouble for saying that. I live in north Idaho around these parts people actually like trump!!! I use to go to this store once or twice a month. But because it seems this company is against our president I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS NEVER!!!

Customer service is great. They are willing to help and are very supportive of your style and budget without being pushy. They give fashion advice and are willing to call other stores to help you find what you need. Unfortunately, they don't carry suits or I'd have given them a higher score
