I don’t normally shop at JC Penney but I needed jeans really badly and it was a very clean store there dressing rooms were open which I really appreciated. The employees were very patient and helpful especially the cashier Allison. I will definitely be shopping here more often

The price for there inventory was wonderful and they have a big tall section which I use and I'm very much thankful for that.

Thank you JCPenney's for having dressing rooms open! My 16 year old needed to know what size to buy and you were the only store we found with dressing rooms open!

Clean, just needs more selection on shoes

Numerous racks of significantly reduced priced clothing, both men and women. Decent selection of Big and Tall clearance items as well. Staff was adequate in number and offered suggestions of additional savings opportunities.
