My wife found a Kühl down jacket here this winter that she really liked, however we decided to wait on it. Good service from one of the associates left a great impression on us though, so we ended up going back and getting it. Having an EO in CDA allows you to get some nicer outdoor brands without making a trip to REI, although as already stated by another reviewer, without as good a refund policy.
