Tom is always friendly and a great person.. he cuts the elderly gentlemans hair I take care of who has dementia.. one day the older gentleman left without paying and Tom never said a thing. (I took the money back when we realized he hadn't paid but Tom was very understanding about it). And he doesn't charge outrageous prices.
