Dropped my truck off here a couple of days ago for a tune-up and oil change I was quoted a price of just under $400 for the services. I was quite surprised when I picked up the truck and given a bill for just a little over $300. I can say the truck does run better, but haven't really haven't had time to see if it does any better. When we go to the Tri-Cities we get about 450 miles per tank and around 300 to 350 locally, so far I only have about 15 miles after the tune-up so we'll see.

Elder normally does a good job, but recently we took our car to him before a road trip because our car had been overheating. He said he took car of the problem but less than two hours into our road trip our car was smoking again. Seems like he just wasn’t very thorough with his work this time

The most honest mechanics I've had the pleasure ta have have work on our vehiclenwe were lied to by a dealership that not only charged us to diagnose a problem but was their fault to begin with. they didn't take responsibility and we're gona charge us over $800 ta fix it until we found Eldernthey've got our business from now on!!!

It's very hard finding a ethical and professional company that you can trust to work on your truck. I had a bad exhaust manifold leak and they did not disappoint. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after work. Elder Automotive was referred to me as the best in Kootenai county.

Jeff is awesome. We took our vehicle in because the turn signals weren’t working. Then after that was fixed “which was extremely easy to fix but he barely charged me anything for it “ I asked him about the breaks on the vehicle and they needed to be done but he didn’t have the money time to do it, however he squeezed us In last minute. This company has the best prices in town. We use them for all our vehicles. I even price matched a mobile mechanic for one job and elder was still slightly less. They have done great work on our vehicles as we buy and sell so need their services a lot. Highly recommend them for anything from small to large maintenance, they have always done a great job!
