I had a wonderful experience with one of the drivers. He came and picked up us and my car, brought us to the shop and has came by, giving us ice cold waters and checking on how finding a way home is going. I wish I caught his name. He deserves 5 stars. Thank you for the kindness! It has helped tremendously with the stress of all this. And of all things, offered us lunch

Had to have roadside assistance to get my keys out of my car. Not only did they not show up, but lied, said that they called my phone several times and that they knocked on my door to ask where the car was. When I called, a nasty lady answered by the name of Jerriann and was the rudest person I’ve had the experience to speak with. I work in customer service and I would never treat my customers like that. Use caution when using them.

Called to get a tow. Explained 3 times on the phone what kind of car it was, year, make, model. They showed up almost an hour after the time they quoted and increased the price from $65 to $110 because it was a truck. I had confirmed 3 times during the phone call that it was indeed an old truck. I don’t do business with companies that do not honor their quotes.
