O'Reilly Auto Parts

We were traveling through Coeur D Alene when the check engine light came on. My vehicle is a 2014 motorhome with a Ford 6.8 V 10 motor. I use only O Reilly in my home town of Riverton, Utah because of their knowledge, and willingness to help.nIn Couer D Alene, when my check engine light came on i asked to use their diagnostic scanner at O Reilly's. I discovered that the problem was an Oxygen sensor. This model has 3. The sensor that he sold me was the wrong one. I took it back and he said that the correct part would be in at 8:30 the next morning. I had to change reservations in RV parks and lost deposits on two of them.nWent back in at 8:30 the next morning and the part had not arrived. A different person helped me, Wes. Wes could not find my prepaid order and was very kurt about it as if he had other things more important to do.nHe then told me that the part that i Had ordered was not the right part and the right part had been on the shelf when i was in the day before.nHad they given me the correct part when i first went in i could have been on the road and it would have not cost me over $100.00 to cancel reservations.nI understand how getting the wrong part can happen but Wes added to the anxiety of the situation with his condescending attitude. He was unwilling to answer questions and tried to send me to an RV store. An RV store has nothing to do with engines and chassis.nI went back in to buy a Scanner and had to ask Wes for help even while he was not busy. He was not knowledgeable about the scanners and didnt care to find answers. I reluctantly bought it.nVery disappointed in this O Reilly's.nI felt like i was intruding

Terrible experience bought a relay never used it and tried to return it just for the clerk to tell me that I did put it in I was called a liar and laughed out of the store terrible customer service not to mention I payed double the price for the relay thanks to oriellys insane prices still unsure how I installed a relay yet I never took it out of the box you’ve lost all of my service and loyalty I will never go to oriellys again after 12 long years of being a repeat customer..... what a terrible business

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and asked what they can help me with. I was able to find what I needed quickly. it was a little awkward as they have tape and boxes set up so you can't approach the counter. (Social distancing). And hard to reach the debit card machine so ended up paying cash. But the employees were helpful and friendly and answered my questions.

Great place, great people, great price. Had the stuff I needed. Come here to get the small and big stuff. They literally have it all!!

I'm constantly sold the wrong parts and don't find out until I have my truck taken apart an unable to drive. They refuse to bring me the right parts or doing anything about it other than say sorry. This has happen to me the last 5 times I've been here.
