Jason and his team over at European Machine are exceptional. Their commitment to serving and looking after their customers is exactly what you want when trusting your car with somebody. Not only are their prices extremely fair, but the turnaround is usually really quick. I love the Audi S4 I purchased from them, and they answered my large array of questions with expertise and care that only made my purchase that much more confidence inspiring. I would gladly recommend European Machine to any of my friends looking for great quality and well-priced service.

I'll never take my Audi TT to anyone else, they fixed my oil light problem. It was the sump tube they kept me informed on what was happening. 5 stars in my book.

Excellent customer service, honest pricing, trustworthy shop. I had my car towed here last week and the two other shops I called wanted $150-$200 for just the diagnosis. My tow truck driver recommended European Machine so I opted to try them out, assuming it’d be $150 but I was hot, frustrated and figured, “at least they’re recommended.” The shop was slammed and noted that they might not be able to take a look at it until early the following week which was fine with me. Imagine my shock when I received a call before the end of that day - that they figured out it was an issue covered by an extended warranty and while he of course wanted my business, he recommended having it taken to the BMW dealership in Spokane to take advantage of the extended warranty. And he only charged for actual time spent: $45!!!! I have never felt confident with auto service providers since it is so far out of my wheelhouse, but this is a top notch operation. If BMW rejects the warranty repair I will be having my car towed back to European Machine for the repair. They earned a lifetime customer in me!!
