I bought a car a few months back the price was right and have had no problems since buying it. Thank you Mr Armstrong. Ill refer people to Cool Cars and Trucks for sure.

BUYER BEWARE!!!We bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox, had a good buying experience, we felt like JJ gave us a “really good deal”, said it was only good for that day. Within a week, the check engine light came on. We bought it “as is” and so paid $1100 to fix it. 30 days later it needed more work. Check engine light kept coming on, $500 more in repairs. Within 90 days of purchase, mechanic said the engine was toast and needed to be replaced at a cost of $9000. I called Cool Cars and Trucks, politely explained the situation and asked if they could do something to help rectify the situation. JJ flat refused to do the right thing or make any offer. This is my first negative review online. DON’T BUY A CAR HERE!!! If Cool Cars and Trucks want to make it right, I’ll change my review.

They sold us a piece of junk that I’m sure they knew ahead of time was junk!! They were in a hurry to sell and that probably should have tipped me off— already spent more money on repairs than we paid for the vehicle , and been in the shop more than weve had it at home. I am furious and wish i had a recourse because this vehicle is a LEMON, but i can only warn others to stay away!!!!!!!
