My coworker and I mainly deal with the parts department of the dealership, but Tina and Hezekiah are awesome. They always work with us and make sure we get the right parts, even if something goes awry. They are friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. Always a pleasure talking with them. You can't go wrong working with these two. They will do what they can to get you what you need. Gavin in the service department is also a great guy to deal with. He has helped us several times and we appreciate working with him every time.

We were interested in a specific vehicle they had on their lot so I emailed the dealership and Chris responded quickly. Because we were coming from out of town he kept on contact with us and when we arrived to look at it, he had it ready for us and answered all our questions in a friendly informative manner. We will recommend him to all our friends. Fantastic experience. No heavy sales pitch, no pressure, the best kind of car buying experience.

I worked with Kevin and Don on getting me into a great car, they both worked very hard to get me approved since I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago. I got the car at for me a great interest rate of 9%. They also added a five year warranty to the vehicle and my payments are still under $320 a month. They are great people and I will be a customer of Coeur d' Alene Nissan from now on. I worked with Kelly Chris And Dan. They helped me finally get into a vehicle that’s not from the 1990’s. I got an excellent truck that I'm going to enjoy for many years. The guys are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to give them a shot when looking for a new car.
