For years now, I have heard only positive things about Dave Smith CDA. When I lost my car in an accident, I knew my first place to shop for a car would be Dave Smith and I’m so glad I did. Since I live almost 2 hours from Dave Smith, I called them first to make sure the car I was looking at on their website was still available. I spoke with Austin who told me the car I had my sight set on was in Spokane, but that he would head over right away to bring it back to CDA for me to test drive.  From the moment I spoke with Austin on the phone to the moment I drove my new car off the lot, he was extremely positive, helpful, kind, and professional! He worked hard to provide me with the lowest interest possible and was helpful in answering all my questions. I have worked in the hospitality industry for almost 10 years and I know excellent and genuine customer service when I see it. For anyone looking for a new set of wheels, I would HIGHLY recommend Dave Smith CDA.

We have been looking for vehicles online and then driving to check them out, Lewiston, Moscow, Spokane, Post Falls, CDA and Kellogg. Usually we would get an uncomfortable feeling when discussing trade in and financing. When we met Andrew Palmer he showed us the vehicles in our price range and we were actually able to upgrade beyond our expectations. The monthly payments were below what we would have paid at other dealers and we ended up with a nicer, newer and lower mileage vehicle we thought was out of budget. It was very fast also, we were out the door with the keys not long after test driving.

I went in to Dave Smith and had the pleasure of dealing with a young man by the name of Austin. He was absolutely wonderful. They took my trade in even though I owed way more than the car was worth. Previously I was paying 29.99% interest on a 10-year-old car after going and seeing Austin he got me down to much lower interest rate that I am so happy with. I walked out the doors today with a 2019 Nissan rogue that I am so in love with I would recommend Dave Smith Coeur d'Alene to anyone looking to purchase a car! They made the whole car buying experience an absolute Joy thanks again to Austin you made my day!!!

Walked in last Monday looking for a new car and got the best customer experience from Greg Hawk! He helped me choose my best three options for a car based on my needs. He had them ready to test drive within a few hours while we went for lunch, and I drove off in my new car! Thank you Greg and all at Dave Smith, our experience was excellent.
