I am more then satisfied with Parker Toyota! On Monday evening we went in to see what it would look like to get myself a new suv and my husband a new commuter car. Kurt Smith was there ready to help! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to us on what we needed for our family. Everyone we dealt with was just great. I’m so happy we came here to buy our new cars. Thank you guys again!

Great help and great service. They didn't have the vehicle we wanted in stock so we ended up buying elsewhere, but the sales personnel was very helpful, friendly, and kept in contact after we left to make sure we found the vehicle we wanted even if it wasn't from them. I left with a positive experience and will likely purchase my next vehicle from here if possible. Two thumbs up for the overall experience I had here.

Yesterday I walked into Parker Toyota on the verge of tears after being rejected by another car dealership. My car had been totaled the week before and with my credit in the tank I was terrified I was about to be in a really bad situation. I was pointed in the direction of Dave Valencia. He took care of me and assured me that he’d get me into a new vehicle. He and Derek Williams fought hard to get me a deal with the bank and they made it happen! This morning I dropped off the rental I had and Dave even picked me up and brought me back to Parker to pick up my new car! He helped me set everything up in the computer and explained to me how to use all of the awesome features in my car. I drove off the lot this morning in my 2017 Toyota Corolla and a heavy weight lifted from my heart and shoulders. The car even came with two free oil changes, tire rotations, snow tires and a full tank of gas! Dave Valencia and Parker Toyota have my business for life. I highly recommend asking for Dave if you go in looking for a new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier about my experience.

I’ve bought a couple of cars over the last few years, but Dave Valencia and the guys at Parker made finding and buying a car the most relaxing and easy experience I’ve ever had. Their website is clean and easy to navigate. I saw a car I liked online, called them during my lunch hour at work on a Thursday, asked to see the car during lunch on Friday and at 3:00 I drove off the lot with a great deal in my new car. Great staff, fantastic service, clean and personal, these guys just earned a customer for life!

Our product specialist was David Valencia. We turned in our lease car and leased a new one. David's knowledge of product and his experience with the leasing process made getting a new car a no stress express! He answered all our questions, took us on an extended test drive, and made the overall process a great experience. David is top tier!
