The approval process and finance process were fantastic. But actually taking delivery of my car, an entirely different story. My salesman knew I'd be off work by 3 to pick up the car, yet when I arrived I had to wait for almost 2 hours to take delivery while they removed stickers and fueled up the car. I purchased the car the day before and they had almost 24 hours to get the car ready for me, yet nothing was started until I arrived. This was frustrating and disappointing. I have better things to do with my evening then wait on the service department when they had all morning to prepare the car. Car buying process....5 stars. Car receiving process...1 star.

I had one of the best experiences at Parker auto credit. I was greeted instantly and treated like any other individual. I came as a single mom, low income, tight budget, and a car that was not working very great. I was able to get a nice new car (New to me) One that I wasn’t afraid I was gonna break down in and that me and my child would be safe. There’s no hassle prices are fixed and it’s simple fast and easy. I worked with Dave who was absolutely phenomenal super kind very reasonable and quite the character. The best part to me was that I was able to go in without anybody helping me and as a woman that is in empowering!nI will go back to them when I’m ready to trade again. Couldn’t ask for a better time and I am fully satisfied as a customer.

Best customer service i have ever received ever any where tim is amazing i bought my car about a month or two ago check engine light come on not once but twice i called both times took it in they got me into a car so i could get back and forth to work while mines geting fixed best service i have ever received anywhere i recommend paker to everyone i know!! I drive for wa to Idaho for all my services.

This is by far the worst place for customer service... and God forbid if you have any trouble making payments. I just simply would not recommend them. I finally paid my car off. And then was told that they would not update my credit report til 31st of that month. Its now the 5th of next month and its still not done. Make a late payment though and it will show up immediately. SO GLAD IM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I strongly urge you to do your business elsewhere. Every time I’ve done business with the Parker conglomerate it has been a time consuming mess. Incompetent and mismanaged.
