The staff is always nice and friendly! They make the best pumpkin pie lattes. I always go to other places and they're like pumpkin spice? But every year the pumpkin pie lattes are great! I also love the rewards program and the app! Super easy to use and a great idea! I love that they give us a chocolate espresso bean with every drink. Its a super cute idea! All in all its my favorite coffee stand and I've been to a lot

Drive thru with really kind and friendly staff. I got an acia drink the first visit with protein and a banana. That was her suggestion..nnLast time was a green tea frozen with ginger or something..I even loved their candied espresso beans for a topper on my drink..nnI really appreciate staff that has an interest in me as a customer. Most people ask u how your day is and it is just a robotic thing... not these ladies.. they're cool and seem to care. One was super helpful in finding a great carwash that doesn't scratch the paint on your car..nnAppearantly carwashes here have rocks that get stuck in the things that run over your car.. touchless the barista suggested, and guess what she was right. The drinks are cool, prices are on scale, and the staff there are really super. Lots of options here so be ready to ask questions to find your groove...

The owner is really nice and friendly.. the girls always make great drinks with fast friendly service!! We recently visited another human bean location in another city and were surprised that the service and quality there was lacking compared to our local human bean here in coeur d alene. Thank you

I really really enjoyed the coffee the staff was super friendly and helped me and my wife pick out delicious drinks. Will definitely be back!

For having never been here the baristas were super friendly and made a surprise drink for me and it was made so well! I will go back and add this place to the few drink stands I got to! Way to make a great first impression!
