Will never bring my business here again!!! I sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes because a new store was open and they blocked the lane to get in, so I decided to go inside, stood in line there another 5 minutes then was refused service because I didn’t have a mask! Not only did she refuse my service she was rude about it
I am from out of town, and stopped in this morning for a coffee. I was hoping they would also have the new to go cups. but they did not. After explaining that I wouldn't be there for the next shipment since we live so far away, one of the employees immediately offered to go and get her own she had purchased and offer them to me because I couldn't make it for the next days delivery. I was over the moon impressed with her kindness, especially in light of all of the chaos currently going on in the country. I am definitely impressed with the customer service. Thank you!!
Love this Starbucks. Really, really great team working here. I consider myself to be somewhat of a Starbucks connoisseur... I visit a bunch of them regularly.. this is def one of the best!
