I have found the all mighty ruler of McDonalds. I live at the west end of post falls and I WILL drive to Coeur D'Alene for my mc'chickens. I asked for as much pickles and onions as they could put and there where more pickles than chicken on my bun. That is how you honor your customers request. This is the McDonalds that all others should strive to emulate. If your the kind of person who likes a custom tweak to your meal this is the McDonalds that will certainly treat you right.

This is one of the best McDonald's in the CDA area. They don't constantly get orders wrong like the one by the mall does and they are super nice every time

Hearing what Grace did at McDonald's to a lady and her little boy regarding them not having a mask when there were other people in there not wearing one I won't step foot in this place again. I'm really ashamed and you've lost a customer here. Not just me but everybody else I know. I guess you better treat people better. Because nobody deserves to be treated the way Grace treated this lady in her little boy there's no reason for it.

Went there to get some coffees when we were on our way home The staff was not very friendly when we asked to fill up our water bottle they said it would be $0.25. That doesn't make sense to me to charge when we're already paying for other services. If we were just refilling our water I would be fine with paying it but that is not very good customer service to charge just to fill a water bottle

They were so busy helping drive Thur they don’t pay attention to counter. Waited for about 5 minutes before they noticed me Once I ordered was serve quick however don’t think they knew I sat to eat and they proceeded to talk about us saying we didn’t wait that long....... but ofcourse they weren’t payingnattention
