I am a member of a credit union out of the area in the shared network. It seems too often doing transactions in other credit unions, the process is so awkward. I appreciate the quick, smooth and professional transactions at this credit union. Exceptional people and service!
Terrible experience in regards to land/home loans. I personally know 3 other people that have had the same experiences. In all 4 experiences people have lost their land because global dropped the ball. They drag their feet and don't understand efficiency. I do not suggest working with them. I will be filing a complaint with the state finance department.
Customer service is great except trying to pay over the phone with a card.
Waited in the drive thru after sending my deposit through, no one came to the window for 15 minutes. Absolutely riduculous. Teller didn't even apologize for the wait when she finally did show up.
Best customer service around. What an awesome staff. I love banking here. Never had any issues. They take good care of their members.
